We specially design all our benches to be without a seat so that incline, decline, and plyobox movements are not only possible, but they’re SAFE. Plus, upper body movements now become full body movements as your lower half is forced to engage.
Think box jumps, lateral bench hops, step-ups, and more.

Incline bench press, dumbbell rows, bench hop-overs. DONE.

How about decline sit ups, decline press, hyperextensions? Easy.

5 Anchor points
With five different anchor points on the bench, you can easily clip your equipment to make your movements extra effective. Attach the carabiners to the high or low anchor points on the bench depending on which exercise you are performing. Because our equipment have carabiners on either side of their snap-proof bands, you're able to clip on either a handle (for upper body exercises) or an ankle strap (for lower body exercises). 

6 Elevation levels
Top up, top down. There is a LOT that can be done with the 6 elevation levels of the workout bench. Lie on the top of the FREE or put it all the way up to the *almost* 90-degree position to hold a wall-sit. 

Soft-close top
One thing that we pride ourselves on is creating a SAFE product. The gas-assisted shock allows for a safe and smooth close of the bench top, so there will be no pinched fingers or limbs.
