Thanks to its low depth and simple, inconspicuous exterior, it can transform long hallways in old buildings into a home office if necessary, offers a place to write letters in the bedroom or serves as a temporary workplace in the weekend house. FLATMATE even makes sense of spaces that are unsuitable for conventional furniture; Due to its compact dimensions, this new interpretation of the secretary is ideal for mobile users.

The integrated, flexible interior with storage options for traditional writing instruments as well as tablet PCs etc. combines the features of classic furniture with the new form of networked living and working. Complemented by a Bluetooth keyboard (not included in delivery), the mobile tablet PC becomes a stationary, ergonomic workstation with an integrated power supply; The cell phone can be charged this way. The glare-free lighting and the invisible socket are made functional by the elegant 1.30 meter long black textile cable: plug 'n' work. The FLATMATE is equipped with an LED light installation profile with a soft-touch switch, a socket and two USB sockets.
The LEDs have a rated lifespan of 30,000 hours. The integrated socket is located inside the Flatmate at the top right. The USB sockets are designed for 2 amps, meaning a tablet can be connected without any problems. If you use both USB ports at the same time, each port has 1 amp available.

Alternatively, a base panel in white melamine with a birch edge is available. In addition, the bureau is secured to the wall in the upper area using a wedge strip with just 2 screws. By attaching it to the wall, a 10 mm wide shadow gap is created between the wall and the furniture; i.e. the total depth of the bureau is only 132 mm.
